We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to support our U.S.-based construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quantity takeoffs, cost estimation, and interpreting construction drawings for civil, architectural, and structural disciplines. This is a fully remote position, suitable for international candidates familiar with U.S. construction standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review project drawings, specifications, and scope documents
Perform accurate material and quantity takeoffs using software tools
Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
Coordinate with project managers and clients to clarify scope and address questions
Use tools like Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), or Excel-based estimating templates
