We're seeking a Virtual Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients, offering seamless and professional support.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming patient calls and messages in a courteous, timely manner

  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments via outbound calls

  • Conduct virtual check-ins and pre-appointment verifications

  • Verify insurance information and collect necessary documentation

  • Triage non-urgent requests and route messages to the appropriate clinical team

  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

  • Support day-to-day front desk tasks in a remote environment

  • Willing to work as per US time (evening shifts PST)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a front desk/US Call center.

  • A medical front office or healthcare customer service role will be preferred

  • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Athenahealth, DrChrono, Kareo)

  • Strong communication skills—verbal and written

  • Comfortable with video conferencing, secure messaging, and VoIP platforms

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized

  • Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy best practices is optional
