Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within the personal care industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both clients and the company.
Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure smooth business operations.
Collaborate with the Logistics Department to maintain an efficient supply chain
