We are specifically seeking a Head of HR professional who brings strong expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and high-performance workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure full compliance with Pakistan’s labor laws and regulatory frameworks
Develop and manage HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with best practices
Design and implement competitive employee compensation and benefits programs
Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and career development
Act as a key advisor to the leadership team on workforce planning and organizational development

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Candidate with a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
3–5 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles
Strong knowledge of Pakistan Labor Laws, HR Management Systems (HRMS), and modern HR practices
Proven track record of improving employee retention and creating high-engagement workplaces
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
A passion for sustainability and organizational development will be an added advantage

Salary Range: PKR 200,000 – 300,000 per month

Bio Tech Energy is located in the industrial area called Sheikhupura, in Pakistan and produces bio diesel to EN14214 standard for customers in Europe and sells Bio Diesel in the local market. Bio Tech is the leading Bio Diesel supplier in the region. We are the first and only large-scale Bio Diesel producer in Pakistan. Our suppliers are based locally and worldwide. We source our raw material locally and internationally on a worldwide basis. Bio Tech's R&D team, with more than 200 engineers have developed our technology to process extremely low-grade waste oils with high impurities into Bio Diesel. Being plant operators with in-house design and fabrication capacity puts Bio Tech in the unique position to be able to design, manufacture and operate complete turn key Second Generation bio diesel refineries. Perhaps the only company in the world which operates and manufactures Bio Diesel plants, thereby guaranteeing performance, technology and proof of concept to our commercial partners.
