We seek a proactive and highly adaptable Assistant to the Director who is ready to take on a fast-paced role involving extensive travel and flexible shift rotations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, manages schedules like a pro, and can represent the Director professionally across various settings.
You will work closely with the Director to manage daily operations, coordinate travel, attend meetings, and ensure seamless support both in and out of the office.
Resonsibilities
Manage the Director’s schedule, meetings, appointments, and communications.
Maintain a graceful and professional presence during all official engagements—virtual and in-person.
Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on actionable items.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Adapt to shift-based scheduling, including evening and weekend hours.
Ability to travel independently for official duties when needed.
Provide administrative support, handle follow-ups, and oversee calendar logistics.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, with a strong sense of professional etiquette and presentation.
Confident, flexible, and adaptive to high-pressure, fast-moving executive environments.
Open to extensive travel and non-traditional working hours, including evenings or weekends when needed.
Educational or work background in PR, media, administration, hospitality, or corporate communications is a strong plus.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, etc.
