PKR. 60,000 - 80,000/Month

You will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and servicing of HVAC water treatment systems, potable water systems, and backflow preventers to ensure operational reliability and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform annual maintenance on one HVAC water treatment system, one potable water system, and 21 backflow preventers, including cleaning, inspection, and equipment servicing.
Apply approved chemicals (e.g., molybdate-based inhibitors, propylene glycol) and replace filter media as specified for HVAC and potable water systems.
Document system conditions with photographic evidence and maintain service logs for equipment.
Use approved tools, chemicals, and testing kits, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Report any discrepancies or issues to the Water Treatment Engineer and Project Manager within 3 days.
Adhere to safety protocols, including NFPA guidelines and PPE usage, to minimize risks during maintenance activities.
Provide 5-10 customer references of similar scope of work along with their contact details.

Qualifications:

Diploma or certification in mechanical, plumbing, or water treatment systems maintenance.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC or potable water system maintenance.
Knowledge of water treatment equipment and backflow preventer maintenance.
Proficiency in English and Urdu.
Occupational health and safety training certification.
Ability to work during normal working hours (08:00–17:00, Monday–Friday, with possible Saturday work) and coordinate schedules to minimize interference with facility operations.
