We’re looking for a passionate International Recruiter who’s driven to find the right people for the right roles. Whether you’re a fresh graduate eager to break into recruiting or someone with a few years of experience, this role offers the opportunity to work with international clients and make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source top-tier global candidates using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client needs.
- Post jobs across platforms and build candidate pipelines.
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS and recruitment tools.
- Communicate with candidates via email, LinkedIn, and calls to manage the hiring process.
- Stay updated on market trends in international recruitment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 0–4 years of recruitment experience (internship/freelance experience counts).
- Familiarity with Boolean search strings and LinkedIn sourcing is a must.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performance team.
Preferred But Not Required:
- Experience using tools like Indeed, Monster, or ATS platforms.
- Prior experience in sourcing for tech, legal, or healthcare roles.
