We are seeking an experienced Marketing Professional with expertise in lead nurturing and calling potential clients. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a call center, focusing on calling and maturing leads through targeted marketing strategies. This role is critical in driving business growth by engaging with leads, building relationships, and guiding them through the marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to and engage with leads through phone calls to build rapport and maturity.
Nurture relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and aligning marketing efforts to meet those needs.
Implement strategies to move leads through various stages of the sales pipeline.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure continuous engagement and track lead progress.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create and refine lead nurturing strategies.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling during calls.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of lead nurturing campaigns.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center environment with a focus on lead generation and nurturing.
Proven track record of maturing leads and closing deals through phone engagement.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships with leads and clients.
Experience in training call center agents and improving performance.
Analytical skills to track, assess, and optimize lead nurturing strategies.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A graduate degree in a relevant field.
