We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team at Boxes Xpert Hub (Pvt) Ltd. As the voice of our company, you will assist clients with inquiries related to our packaging solutions, manage orders, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and messages related to packaging products and services.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and assist with order placements.

Order Management:

  • Process customer orders, track shipments, and provide updates on delivery statuses.
  • Assist customers with returns, exchanges, or warranty claims related to packaging products.

Problem Resolution:

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Escalate complex cases to supervisors or relevant departments while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s packaging products and services.
  • Provide guidance to customers on selecting the right packaging solutions for their needs.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Prepare reports on recurring customer concerns and suggest areas for improvement.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
  • Share customer feedback to contribute to product and service improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and telecommunication tools.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with packaging products or previous experience in a packaging-related role is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
