One World Immigration Law Consultant is a prominent immigration consultancy firm committed to delivering comprehensive services to clients pursuing opportunities abroad. With expertise in skilled immigration, business immigration, and student visas, the firm focuses on ensuring a seamless and efficient immigration process. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Branch/Sales Manager to lead our Peshawar branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, building and guiding a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth specifically within the Malaysian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Peshawar branch to ensure smooth functioning.
- Conduct initial client consultations to evaluate immigration needs and provide appropriate guidance.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of immigration applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain proper documentation, follow up on cases promptly, and uphold high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate efficient processing of immigration cases.
- Monitor employee performance, identify training needs, and provide necessary coaching to enhance team capabilities.
- Develop and nurture strong local partnerships while actively promoting company services through relevant channels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements at all times.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in immigration consultancy, sales, team management, or related supervisory roles.
- Demonstrated success in establishing or managing branch operations internally.
- Experience in client-facing roles with basic team coordination skills is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of visa and immigration procedures for countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, and Europe.
- Familiarity with student visas, skilled migration, visit visas, and immigration eligibility assessments.
- Knowledge of required documentation, case file management, and embassy protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Urdu.
- Ability to assess client profiles and offer initial immigration advice confidently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Peshawar, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.
