Brighto Paints Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the voice of the company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibility is to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience with our products and services. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a representative, you will interact with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, making it essential to possess strong interpersonal skills and a desire to help others. You will not be managing a team in this position, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding customer care and contributing to the company's growth and reputation.

  •  Person must be fluent in Pashtu,Urdu & English
  •  Person must be fluent in Saraiki,Urdu & English
  •  Person must be fluent in Urdu & English

Job Responsibilities

Below are the responsibilities a Call Center Representative is expected to assume:

Must be Graduate or above

  • Must have good experience of call center & Languages as required above mentioned.
  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Call clients and customers to inform them about the companys new products, services and policies
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
  • Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
  • Help to train new employees and inform them about the companys customer management policies

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

Graduate or above.

  • Proven experience in a call center-related role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with products in the paint industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
