Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive/Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and business growth. As a Business Development Executive/Manager at Britannia IT Solutions UK, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, driving revenue, and contributing to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing them to our products/services and understanding their needs.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and ensure client satisfaction.
Implement email marketing campaigns to engage with potential leads and nurture relationships.
Generate high-quality leads through various strategies, including market research, networking, and targeted outreach.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, progress, and results to the management team.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of at least 4 years in business development and sales, preferably in the IT industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
Knowledge of the IT industry and current market trends is a plus.
