What is the Global Graduate Programme & what do we offer?

It's a 18-months, fast-track to management with unprecedent international exposure that's geared specifically for high-potential individuals.

The aim of the program is to raise future leaders of BAT Finance Team! Our Finance Graduate Program will give you numerous opportunities to further develop your career by working in different spheres of Finance.

During your programme we will give you:

• A real job assigned in executive level and several rotations in different cross-functional departments;
• International exposure in developing your people and management skills;
• Networking & mentorship with senior leaders and other graduates from all over the world;
• Enhanced business awareness and commercial exposure in our organization;
• Continuous feedback and coaching on your performance;
• 2 weeks training at the BAT Global Graduate Academy with your peers from around the globe;

• A Junior Manager role after the successful completion of the 18-month Global Graduate program.

• Have a university degree or equivalent (Finance, Economics Sciences and Business, Sociology)
• Are a fresh graduate or graduated in the past 3 years
