The IELTS Trainee Instructor plays a vital role in facilitating preparation for the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) examination at British Education and Training Systems (BETS). Responsibilities

Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners preparing for the IELTS examination.
Instruct students on IELTS examination techniques, ensuring they are familiar with the test format and types of questions encountered.
Implement classroom management strategies to maintain an engaging and productive learning environment.
Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, quizzes, and assignments, providing timely feedback and guidance for improvement.
Facilitate interactive discussions and activities that enhance communication skills and increase student confidence in using the English language.
Create and distribute instructional materials, including handouts and practice exercises, to support students in their preparation.
Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions as required to address individual student needs and challenges.
Stay updated with the latest developments in IELTS examination criteria and relevant educational practices to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop unified teaching strategies.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, engagement, and performance to track progress and adjust instructional approaches accordingly.
