Responsibilities:

Outbound sales
Make strong prospects out of thousands of leads provided by us which over the period should turn into the sales.
Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Negotiate with the clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Close clients again and again to make more out of this given opportunity.

Requirements:

Must have Good English communication skills.
Able to work in the night shift from 06:00 pm to 03:00 am.
Outbound sales
Proven track record of successful Telesales and business development in a similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary:

Up to 80k base salary + Uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Schedule:

5 days a week - 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM (Night shift)
