The company specializes in guiding students and institutions worldwide, helping them navigate educational opportunities and career pathways in Australia. CECA supports clients through every step, from admissions to visa processing. We are currently looking for a motivated Business Development Manager / Education Counselor to drive student enrollments and develop strategic partnerships with sub-agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential students interested in studying in Australia, providing them with expert counseling on courses, universities, and career options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, sub-agents, and other stakeholders to expand CECA’s network and reach.
- Manage the entire student enrollment process, including application submission, documentation, and follow-up to ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional strategies aimed at increasing student inquiries and conversions.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding admission criteria, visa requirements, and other relevant policies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the education consultancy sector.
- Prepare regular reports on enrollment targets, market feedback, and partnership developments for senior management.
- Attend education fairs, seminars, and networking events to represent CECA and enhance brand visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or education counseling, preferably within the international education sector.
- Strong understanding of the Australian education system and visa processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for managing client data and reporting.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
