We are looking for a professional Business Development Manager to work remotely with experience in targeting these markets, developing business relationships, and increasing sales through innovative and targeted strategies.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Targeting customers and developing relationships:
- Identifying target customers within the Gulf markets (such as e-commerce companies, restaurants, clinics, and startups).
- Building and developing strong and long-term relationships with decision-makers in these companies.
2. Identifying new opportunities:
- Searching for new business opportunities in targeted sectors (such as search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, and designing advertising campaigns).
- Expanding the scope of services to include promising sectors according to market analysis.
3. Achieving sales:
- Prepare and implement strategies to increase monthly revenues from new and existing customers.
- Achieve specific sales targets (e.g., 4 new monthly customers).
4. Presentation and Negotiation:
- Prepare proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate with customers to ensure excellent services are provided at competitive prices.
5. Internal Collaboration:
- Work with the design and content team to ensure that the services provided are consistent with customer needs.
- Provide monthly reports on progress, achievements, and new opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
1. Basic Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in digital marketing.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
2. Personal Skills:
- Ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Work independently and achieve goals.
