TikTok Shop Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven TikTok Shop Expert to join our dynamic e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with TikTok Shop management, campaign execution, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for driving growth, increasing sales, and strengthening our brand presence through TikTok's commerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, manage, and optimize our TikTok Shop storefront and product listings.
Develop and execute data-driven strategies to boost traffic, engagement, and conversion.
Collaborate with influencers and content creators for TikTok live selling and promotions.
Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, sales, ROI) and generate actionable insights.
Handle inventory syncing, pricing, and order management within TikTok Shop.
Stay updated with platform trends, policies, and new commerce features.
Launch and manage TikTok ad campaigns and spark ads to drive sales.
Collaborate closely with creative and product teams for content and campaign alignment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing a TikTok Shop (minimum 6 months – 1 year preferred).
Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm, commerce policies, and user behavior.
Ability to analyze analytics and performance reports to guide improvements.
Familiarity with tools such as TikTok Ads Manager, Shopify integration, etc.
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with influencers and media teams.
Creative mindset with a performance-focused approach.
