Color Matching Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Color Matching Officer to join our team. As a Color Matcher, you will be responsible for analyzing, matching, and ensuring the accuracy of colors for products, materials, or media. Your role will involve both technical and creative aspects, requiring a strong knowledge of color theory, attention to detail, and the ability to use specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Color Analysis: Analyze samples or references and develop color formulas or recipes to match specific color standards.
Color Matching: Use color matching tools and software to match physical samples with digital representations and vice versa.
Testing and Quality Control: Conduct tests to ensure that colors meet client or product specifications. Perform adjustments to ensure consistency across different materials.
Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, designers, and clients to ensure color specifications are met across various products, such as fabrics, paints, or printed materials.
Documenting and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of color formulations, standards, and adjustments made to ensure consistency and traceability.
Training and Support: Educate team members on color-matching standards and assist with troubleshooting any color-related issues that arise during production.
