Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, support, and addressing inquiries.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Foster trust and loyalty through proactive communication and by anticipating clients' needs.
Address client concerns, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure that all client interactions are positive and that their issues are resolved efficiently.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide additional support where necessary.
Coordinate the smooth transition of new clients into the company’s service or product pipeline.
Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that meet the client’s objectives.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions in CRM software or other databases.
Provide regular reports on client satisfaction, account status, and any potential issues to management.
Identify potential issues or conflicts early and work to resolve them proactively.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement.
Work on implementing client feedback and suggest improvements based on insights gained.

Experience: 3 years or more in paint Industry
