- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Promote and sell the company's products or services.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions to address them.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and contracts.
- Close sales deals efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports to management regarding progress and challenges.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales contracts, proposals, and quotations.
- Ensure all sales documentation is compliant with company policies.
