Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, and provide regular updates to the sales manager or management team.
Collect and report competitor information on pricing and promotional activities to management.
Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when requested.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Organize customer and counter staff training as per the target set.
Ensure the availability of products and promotional materials to dealers and customers.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Manage debts owed and maintain customer ledgers in line with company policy.
Coordinate promotional campaigns and measure their effectiveness.
Ensure proper visibility of products at counters and retail locations.
Participate in public relations activities to enhance brand presence.
