Job Title: Chemical Warehouse In-Charge
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the chemical warehouse, ensuring efficient space utilization and optimal stock levels.
- Organize and manage chemical stock to ensure easy access and minimize the risk of accidents.
- Maintain proper labeling of chemicals in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Regularly conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure the warehouse complies with health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of chemical inventory, including receiving, storage, usage, and dispatch.
- Perform regular inventory checks and audits to ensure stock levels are accurate and prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to order new stock and replenish chemicals as needed.
- Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is accurately completed and maintained.
- Ensure that the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Work closely with the purchasing, quality control, and production departments to ensure the timely delivery of chemicals required for production.
