Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Managing Director to lead and drive our operations, growth, and strategic direction. The Managing Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future, fostering innovation, and ensuring the continued success of BYD in the competitive global market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve corporate objectives and sustainable growth.
Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals across various functions, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Drive innovation and research initiatives to maintain BYD's position at the forefront of the electric mobility and technology industry.
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and government bodies to drive business opportunities and regulatory compliance.
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization of company resources.
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of leadership in a senior executive role, preferably within the electric vehicle, automotive, or technology sectors.
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities with a results-driven approach.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
Deep understanding of electric mobility, green technology, and the evolving market trends.
Global perspective and willingness to travel as needed.
