Collections Expert

We are looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven Collections Expert with a strong background in accounts receivable collections. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in accounting or a related field, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills in English. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the accounts receivable collections process to ensure timely payment from clients.
Communicate effectively with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
Monitor and track outstanding invoices, aging reports, and collection metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to address client concerns and improve collection efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
Prepare regular reports on collection status and provide insights to improve cash flow.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in accounts receivable collections, preferably in the chemical or distribution industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
