Your Role:

As our Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of chemical products. You will play a critical role in managing transportation, warehousing, and inventory processes while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
Monitor and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demands.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes.
Analyze logistics data to identify trends, reduce costs, and improve performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and customers.

What We’re Looking For:

American roots and a deep understanding of the U.S. logistics landscape.
A post-graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics, preferably within the chemical or related industries.
Proven track record of managing complex logistics operations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
