Senior Logistics Manager

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Logistics Manager to lead and manage our Supply Chains operations effectively. This is a high-impact leadership position focused on performance optimization and process timely delivery to clients. Logistics experience of USA market would be preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To manage all aspects of shipping routes and delivery, specifically to ensure customer satisfaction.
To handle logistical issues and ensure the safe and timely delivery of products.
To plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
To direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle
To liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers
To keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport cost,s and efficiency
To arrange the warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments
To resolve problems or complaints related to logistics
To supervise, coach, and train the logistics team
To meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timely targets
To maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
To comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
To ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements
To liaise with suppliers, retailers, and customers
To coordinate and track the movement of goods through logistic pathways
To plan and implement supply chain optimization projects

Job Description:

Have detailed knowledge of supply chain management and experience in the logistics industry.

To optimize and oversee the company’s logistics system to ensure it runs in efficient and cost-effective way.
Coordinate and oversee all supply chain operations
Maintain logistics systems and document all logistics processes
Review and analyze logistics operations, set objectives, and design strategies
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with company processes.
