Call Center Representative

We are looking for a motivated and energetic female Tele Sales Executive to join our Sales Department on a full-time, contract basis. This role offers a fixed monthly salary with attractive cash bonuses tied to sales performance, including a special bonus equivalent to half a month’s salary upon meeting mature sales targets. The position is based at Al Hafeez Shopping Mall, Gulberg 3, with working hours from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. This opportunity is exclusively open to female candidates who are punctual, fluent in English, and possess a dynamic and proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote company products and services.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to qualify for performance-based bonuses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Manage follow-ups diligently to ensure timely closure of sales leads.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English with strong verbal communication skills.
- Punctuality and reliability in adhering to the designated work schedule.
- Energetic, motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work the specified morning shift from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
