Call Center Representative

Experts Communication is looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join their team in North Nazimabad, Karachi. This role is ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience in a call center or customer service setting who possess strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills. The position operates during night hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM and offers a competitive salary based on experience and abilities. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Provide accurate information, customer support, and sales assistance during interactions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and overall performance goals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and necessary follow-ups.
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to confidently manage objections and successfully close sales.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn and improve.
- Availability and willingness to work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
