Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries with accurate, clear, and helpful information.
- Handle complaints and troubleshoot problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate call records, updating the CRM system regularly.
- Follow company scripts and guidelines to uphold quality and consistency.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent educational qualification.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
