PakAID, a well-established non-profit organization committed to delivering effective field responses to community needs, is seeking financial bids from qualified general order suppliers for the provision of dowry items in Kot Addu, Punjab. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit a detailed financial bid for the supply of dowry items as specified in the RFP.
- Ensure the timely delivery of all items to the designated location in Kot Addu, Punjab.
- Adhere strictly to the quality standards and specifications provided by PakAID in the procurement documentation.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with PakAID’s procurement department for any clarifications or additional requirements.
- Ensure transparency and accuracy in all bid submissions and related documentation to facilitate a smooth evaluation process.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a registered general order supplier with demonstrable experience in supplying similar items.
- Ability to submit original hard copy proposals by the specified deadline.
- Proven capacity to meet delivery schedules and maintain quality standards as per the RFP.
- Familiarity with procurement procedures and compliance requirements typical of non-profit organizations.
Interested suppliers are required to submit their original hard copy proposals by 3:00 PM on 7th July 2025. Proposals should be delivered to the Procurement Department at PakAID’s office located in Islamabad.
