We are seeking a skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team, specializing in designing intuitive and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces for Android and iOS platforms. This role is ideal for individuals with a creative flair and a passion for enhancing user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative color palettes and themes tailored to project requirements.
Create comprehensive sitemaps, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring alignment with mobile app guidelines for both iOS and Android.
Leverage typography, motion design, and visual hierarchy to craft exceptional user experiences.
Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
Utilize tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and similar for design tasks.
Optionally contribute to motion graphics and video editing using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Requirements:

Experience: 1–2 years as a UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio highlighting mobile app design projects.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Knowledge Base: Familiarity with user research methodologies, mobile design guidelines, and no-code tools like Webflow.
Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for aesthetics, including color theory, typography, and interactive elements.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Advanced degrees or specialized certifications in UI/UX design or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) are a plus.
Communication Skills: Ability to articulate design decisions effectively and collaborate with stakeholders.

Additional Qualifications:

Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools to create interactive designs.
Experience designing transitions and interactive elements that enhance user engagement.
Familiarity with Webflow or other no-code website-building platforms is essential.

Work Details:

Schedule: Part-time, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM (3 hours daily), Saturday 9am-1pm.

Salary: Rs40,000–Rs70,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise.
