We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our social media efforts across all major platforms. This role combines creativity with analytical expertise to drive brand awareness, community growth, and lead generation through high-impact content and campaigns. The ideal candidate is a social native—passionate about storytelling, data, emerging trends, and platform nuances—with a keen ability to translate brand voice into compelling digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning
Develop, execute, and continuously refine a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives and brand identity.
Set clear KPIs to measure success in areas such as audience growth, engagement rates, reach, conversions, and ROI.
Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and emerging digital behaviors to keep strategies fresh and impactful.
Content Creation & Management
Lead the creation of original, high-quality content (graphics, short-form video, carousels, reels, stories, captions, etc.) that resonates with target audiences.
Oversee and maintain an organized social content calendar for consistent posting across platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, video production, marketing, product) to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
Platform Management
Manage daily operations across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
Tailor content to platform-specific best practices and audience behaviors.
Monitor platform changes and algorithm updates to maximize organic visibility.
Community Engagement
Cultivate a strong digital community by actively responding to comments, messages, mentions, and reviews in a timely, brand-consistent manner.
Implement strategies to foster conversations, build brand loyalty, and turn followers into advocates.
Analytics & Reporting
Utilize tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, TikTok Analytics, and third-party platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to track performance.
Provide regular reporting on key metrics, campaign outcomes, and data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
Identify and manage relationships with relevant influencers, creators, and brand partners.
Oversee user-generated content (UGC) initiatives, branded collaborations, giveaways, and ambassador programs.
Paid Social Campaigns (Optional/Collaborative)
Partner with performance marketing or lead paid social campaigns when applicable.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives and copy to improve click-through and conversion rates.
