We are seeking a highly motivated Cold Caller & Lead Generation Expert with a native English accent and proven ability to convert cold leads into paying clients. This role combines cold calling, cold emailing, and digital strategies to generate opportunities in the web design and digital marketing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Cold Calling

Outbound Prospecting: Reach out to businesses in the web design, digital marketing, and related industries to introduce our services.
Lead Qualification: Identify decision-makers, assess their needs, and qualify leads for follow-up.
Conversion Focus: Convert cold leads into clients by showcasing the value of our solutions (website redesign, SEO, digital campaigns).
Appointment Setting: Schedule consultations for our sales team with prospects ready to advance discussions.

Cold Emailing

Email Campaigns: Craft and send personalized cold emails to prospects, highlighting tailored solutions.
Follow-Up Sequences: Develop automated email follow-up sequences to nurture leads and drive responses.
Analytics: Track email open rates, response rates, and conversions using tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
A/B Testing: Optimize subject lines, email content, and CTAs to improve engagement.

Requirements & Skills Mandatory Qualifications

Native English Accent: Fluent, clear, and professional communication (verbal and written).
Proven Conversion Track Record: Demonstrated ability to turn cold leads into clients (provide examples in your application).
2+ Years of B2B Sales Experience: Preferably in web design, digital marketing, or SaaS.

Technical Skills
