Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify potential leads from diverse platforms such as social media, industry-specific websites, online forums, and other relevant sources.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales to align lead generation activities with the overall business objectives.
  • Work towards achieving weekly and monthly leads targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Use advanced tools and technologies to automate lead capture, tracking, and integration with the CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, ensuring seamless data entry and organization within the CRM database.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation metrics and contribute valuable recommendations to enhance lead generation efforts.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in lead generation and business development.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data effectively.
  • Proven track record as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role, with a demonstrable history of successful lead generation and conversion.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various online platforms, social media channels, and lead generation tools to identify and attract potential leads.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and experience in efficiently managing and organizing lead data.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and optimize lead generation strategies accordingly.
  • Tech-savvy individual with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and marketing trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and engage with prospects.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding lead generation targets.
