Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify potential leads from diverse platforms such as social media, industry-specific websites, online forums, and other relevant sources.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales to align lead generation activities with the overall business objectives.
- Work towards achieving weekly and monthly leads targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Use advanced tools and technologies to automate lead capture, tracking, and integration with the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, ensuring seamless data entry and organization within the CRM database.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
- Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation metrics and contribute valuable recommendations to enhance lead generation efforts.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in lead generation and business development.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data effectively.
- Proven track record as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role, with a demonstrable history of successful lead generation and conversion.
- Proficiency in utilizing various online platforms, social media channels, and lead generation tools to identify and attract potential leads.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and experience in efficiently managing and organizing lead data.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and optimize lead generation strategies accordingly.
- Tech-savvy individual with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and marketing trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and engage with prospects.
