Packing Incharge - Surgical Instruments

We are seeking a Surgical Instruments Packing Incharge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the packing process of surgical instruments, ensuring the highest quality standards, and maintaining smooth and efficient operations. This role requires attention to detail, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of packaging procedures for surgical instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the packing process for surgical instruments.
Ensure all instruments are packed in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement efficient packing procedures to optimize workflow.
Inspect packaging materials and instruments to ensure quality and prevent defects.
Maintain accurate records of packed items, stock, and inventory.
Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams for timely delivery.
Train and monitor packing staff to ensure adherence to standards.
Identify and resolve issues in the packing process promptly.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized packing area.

Requirements:

Previous experience in surgical instrument packing or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and their handling/packaging requirements.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with ISO 13485 standards and other relevant certifications will be an advantage.
