Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various online sources, including website traffic, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
Create and maintain reports on key performance metrics and provide insights to optimize business strategies.
Use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar) to track performance and identify trends.
Collaborate with other teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for marketing, sales, and product development.
Assist with A/B testing and performance evaluations for online campaigns and initiatives.
Monitor competitor data and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong background in online data analysis.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and other web analytics software.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing metrics.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
