- Ensure adherence to GBV guiding principles and the provision of survivor-centred care (respect the wishes, decisions of survivors) and follow GBV guiding principles of respect, confidentiality, and safety/security and non-discrimination while providing services.
- Supervision and coaching for GBV service providers including Psychologists, and PFA workers engaged with the survivors of GBV and those at-risk- beneficiaries at the women & girls safe spaces (WGFS) to ensure that services are in line with survivor cantered approach and case management guidelines;
- Support in data analysis to analyse GBV cases and response services;
- Ensure proper documentation of cases, while ensuring confidentiality, and follow-up processes;
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to develop and strengthen referral networks and monitor the implementation of the referral pathway to improve survivors’ access to confidential, safe GBV services in a timely manner to meet their needs.
- Ensure all documentation on reported cases and referrals is updated, accurate, organized and well-maintained.
- Conduct regular meetings with team members and community members to assess progress toward GBV program objectives.
- Assist with the provision and facilitation of GBV training for all relevant community actors, including; psychologists, PFA workers, Community Health Workers (CBPGs), and any other identified groups on GBV topics, including but not limited to: GBV basic concepts & referral pathways, guiding principles, sexual harassment and exploitation and abuse.
