CCTV Operator

Al-Hamd International Container Terminal is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to become part of our dynamic and diverse team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and safety of our premises by closely monitoring surveillance systems and collaborating effectively with the security team. This role demands a results-driven individual who is attentive to detail and focused on maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor staff and visitors across multiple locations to identify any suspicious or unusual behavior that may pose security risks or threaten company assets.
- Track and report any suspect individuals, working closely with the Security team to address and mitigate potential threats.
- Ensure the CCTV system remains fully operational at all times, with all video footage accurately recorded and securely stored.
- Support the Security team by providing access to CCTV recordings or copies of footage as required to assist with investigations and inquiries.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in CCTV operation or a related security role.
- Strong communication skills combined with technical proficiency and the ability to work well with others.
