To support the operations, promotion, and customer engagement of the CEF Book Shop and its educational offerings.
Job Duties, Roles & Responsibilities (What to Do?):
Support outreach efforts for the book shop and CEF’s educational courses
Perform website data entry and update product and course listings regularly
Collect customer feedback and reviews for continuous improvement
Resolve return and exchange issues promptly and professionally
Contribute ideas for shop and course promotion improvements
Help with inventory tracking and digital catalog management
Assist in managing the daily operations of the CEF Book Shop

1. Ensure accurate and up-to-date website and catalog listings.
2. Improve customer satisfaction through responsive communication.
3. Contribute to promotional outreach and sales growth
4. Enhance inventory tracking efficiency

1. 95% accuracy in data entry and updates
2. Timely response to customer queries (within 24 hours)
3. Weekly feedback reports collected from customers
4. 100% completion of assigned inventory checks on schedule
Required Qualification/ Education:
Undergraduate student or fresh graduate (Marketing / IT/Education/Business preferred)
Job-Related Experience in Years:
0–1 year (Fresh candidates may apply)
Technical / Job Required Skills:
Data Entry, Online Research, Basic Excel / Google Sheets - Familiarity with CMS like WordPress / WooCommerce (optional but preferred)
