Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to promote commercial projects specializing in High Rise.
- Identify and engage potential clients and investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the real estate and investment sectors.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve project goals and targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters equivalent degree from a reputable institution.
- Proven track record with 7-9 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate Sales, particularly in high-rise projects.
- Comprehensive experience in the full sales cycle, including successful deal closures.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint.
