We are looking for a dedicated full-time Chowkidar to maintain cleanliness and security at our premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and general upkeep to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. This role requires a reliable individual who can work on-site and contribute effectively to the smooth operation of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, corridors, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools such as brooms and brushes.
- Monitor and secure the premises to prevent unauthorized access or activities.
- Report any maintenance issues or security concerns to management promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned to support facility management.

Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role as a Chowkidar or cleaner is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work full-time and on-site as required.
