Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to long-term care homes and hospitals throughout Canada.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identify potential leads and opportunities for employment contracts.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and follow-up activities.
Qualifications:
- Female candidate preferred.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in cold calling or sales is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
