• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about hospital services, departments, and medical staff.
  • Address patient inquiries, concerns, and requests with empathy and clarity.
  • Assist patients in navigating the hospital system and provide guidance on next steps.
  • Handle patient referrals and provide information on hospital policies and procedures.
  • Manage and escalate urgent issues or concerns to the appropriate department.
  • Enter and update patient information in the hospital’s electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed.
  • Address and resolve patient complaints and issues in a professional manner.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisory staff when necessary.
  • Manage & Handle Social Media Pages and will do blogging and netsurfing.
