Social Media Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our social media presence, and fostering a vibrant online community. You will play a key role in building our brand and driving traffic to our e-commerce store.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
Work with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and engaging posts.
Build and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
Identify opportunities for user-generated content and encourage customer participation.
Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Urdu is a plus.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
