We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our call center team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about travel and tourism who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries about tourism packages.
- Design customized itineraries and travel plans based on client preferences.
- Manage hotel bookings and ensure all accommodations are arranged as per the client’s needs.
- Organize and coordinate day tours and multi-day excursions.
- Provide end-to-end support to ensure clients have a memorable and hassle-free vacation experience.
- Compile and submit weekly and monthly reports on leads provided, conversions achieved, and overall sales performance.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities related to the role as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or reporting, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel or similar software.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests efficiently.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of popular tourist destinations.
Job Details:
- Salary Range: 35,000 - 45,000
- Shift Timing: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
