PKR. 50,000 - 70,000/Month

  • Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and functionality of The Company’s database
  • Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM system.
  • Develop and implement Client Engagement techniques that will retain existing
  • customers.
  • Responsible for generation & execution of Sales & Purchase agreement from all parties
  • Responsible for handing over SPA to customer and Document Control Department
  • Responsible for scanning all the SPAs to maintain records.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify customer support and technical
  • problems and resolve them.
  • Assist in Collection of Installment payments
  • Creating memos for approval of management on customer request
  • Reconciliation of payments with Finance Department
  • Responsible for addressing client queries.
  • Create different policies and procedures for Company processes.

Educational Qualification

Graduation from an HEC recognized university.

Skills

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Highly proficient in Word Processing, spreadsheet, and presentation
  • applications and inclined towards working in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong Analytical and Management skills

  • Duration and Nature of Previous Experience: Preferably 3 to 5 years of relevant corporate
