We are seeking a dedicated and professional Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are fully understood and addressed promptly.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally to sustain positive relationships.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed reports on account status and performance for internal review and strategic planning.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, or account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- This is a full-time, in-person position.
- Compensation ranges from Rs30,000 to Rs50,000 per month, depending on experience.
