We are looking for a committed Client Service Officer to join our team and support the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing administrative assistance, managing correspondence, and coordinating daily activities to ensure efficient workflow. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Word, and a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role to effectively support both clients and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, and copying documents.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure timely communication and quick responses to inquiries.
- Prepare, manage, and file official documents and reports using MS Word.
- Assist in organizing and executing office activities, meetings, and events.
- Professionally handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications promptly.
- Keep accurate records of office expenses, client interactions, and other important documentation.
- Support team members with daily tasks such as managing appointments, schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure the office remains well-stocked with essential materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supply needs.
- Help prepare reports and presentations for management review.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in a similar administrative or client service role.
- Proficiency in MS Word and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000 per month and requires on-site work.
