Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design concepts to clients, incorporating their preferences and needs.
- Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
- Select materials, finishes, and colour palettes to enhance the overall design.
- Coordinate with contractors, electricians, and other professionals to ensure proper execution of the design.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (or equivalent).
- Expertise in SketchUp, Vray/Lumion, AutoCAD, Photoshop/Illustrator.
